Most people who come to us have been burned before — by silence, by scope creep, or by a bill that doubled. Here's how we prevent that.
The price we agree is the price you pay. If scope changes, we tell you the cost before doing the work.
You see real progress every week, so there are never any surprises at the end.
No technical jargon thrown at you to justify a bill. If we can't explain it simply, we explain it again.
Payment split across milestones, so you're never paying far ahead of the work delivered.
Source code, hosting accounts, domains and passwords — all yours, documented.
The same person you spoke to on day one is still there after launch. No support ticket lottery.
A simple business website typically takes 2–3 weeks. A larger system or mobile app usually runs 6–12 weeks depending on scope. You'll get a realistic timeline in your proposal — and we'd rather quote honestly than promise something we can't hit.
It depends entirely on what you need, so we don't publish fake starting prices. After a short call we'll give you a fixed quote covering everything. If your budget doesn't stretch to the full idea, we'll tell you what to build first.
No. Our software is sold as a one-off build, and you own it. The only recurring costs are your domain and hosting, which you pay directly to the provider — usually a few pounds a month. Ongoing support is optional, never compulsory.
You do. On final payment, the full source code, design files, accounts and intellectual property are handed over to you. You're never locked in to us to make future changes.
Yes. We regularly take over projects that someone else started, fix broken or slow sites, and add new features to existing systems. Send us the link and we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth repairing or rebuilding.
Yes. We're based in the UK and work with clients worldwide over calls, email and WhatsApp. Time zones have never been a problem — we'll agree a regular slot that suits you.
Step one is just a friendly conversation — no commitment, no sales pitch. Tell us what you're trying to build and we'll tell you how we'd approach it.
